Returns are not applicable on TradeX , if you received a faulty or wrong item, please report it to us within 48 hours and if eligible we will work with you for a resolution.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Report the issue through your account or contact customer support within 48 hours. Provide photos and details, and we will look into the problem and resolve it for you on case to case basis.
